Dr. Svetlana J. Čičević

Dr. Svetlana, J. Čičević (maiden name - Davis) was born on 15 03. 1962nd in Belgrade. Primary school and grammar school in Zemun.Philosophy Faculty of Philosophy enrolled in the 1980/81 year. During the study, took part in the Laboratory of Experimental Psychology, University of Belgrade. During his studies as a member of the team participated in two research projects. She graduated from the group of Psychology, 1985, with a diploma thesis in the field of traffic psychology. Immediately after graduation she collaborated on the project "Improving road safety using safety belts." Enrolled in graduate studies in 1986. vol. the Center for Multidisciplinary Studies, University of Belgrade, Department of Neuroscience. Master's thesis entitled "Acoustic correlates of driver fatigue," defended in 1991. In the period 1992-93 year. she was on maternity leave. Ph.D. thesis entitled "Vocal indicators of workload radarista" defended in the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Nis, 2004. The employment of the assistant-trainee, to work part-time, for four years, the subject of traffic psychology came in 1987. Since then working on a practical exercise (practical, laboratory and computer) in this case, the Road Department for the students and the school 1989/90. vol. and for students of Air, Water and the Department of Postal and telecommunications. Much has contributed to the introduction, development and elaboration of practical, experimental exercises in this course. October 1992. elected to the position of assistant to the case, and re-elected in 1998, and 2002. Also from the beginning of active participation in the establishment and operation of traffic Laboratorrije psychology and ergonomics of Transportation, University of Belgrade. In the past period as an officer and author of the work involved in national and international conferences and in the realization of several scientific research projects. The scope of the research undertaken so far published more papers in domestic and international journals. Casual is the Associate Laboratory for Experimental Psychology in Belgrade. Member of the Association of Psychologists of Serbia, Yugoslavia Ergonomic Society, the International Association of Applied Psychology and the International Society of Applied psycholinguistics. Professional activities and areas of concern: traffic psychology, ergonomics, human factors and safety, the perception of traffic signs, cognitive processing of information, analysis of acoustic structure of speech operator in real work and laboratory situations, and evaluation of mental workload of operators at different positions.
