Dr Radosav Jovanović is a professor at UB-FTTE. Educated at University of Belgrade (dipl. ing. and PhD, both in Air Transport and Traffic Engineering) and University of Westminster (MSc with distinction in Transport Planning and Management). Main fields of his expertise include air transport planning and policy, in particular applied air traffic and transport economics. He is a leader of two undergraduate and one postgraduate course at UB-FTTE. The results of his research activities appear in more than 30 papers, in scientific journals and at international conferences.
Radosav has 18 years of experience, during which he has been involved in a number of research and consulting studies. Most recently, he has been a leader of the SESAR 2020 ER projects CADENZA and COCTA and the UB-FTTE team leader in the SESAR Knowledge Transfer Network “Engage”. Beforehand, he participated in studies/projects for EUROCONTROL MUAC, SESAR (WP-E), Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communication, EC DG TREN, EUROCONTROL CRDS, Serbian Ministry of Science and Technological Development, SMATSA, etc.
He is a reviewer in several international journals and a member of programme committee or scientific advisory board of three major international conferences. He was a coordinator of two international summer schools on air transport economics and a local organisation chair of 7th SESAR Innovation Days.
