Seminar - The role of local communities in road safety

Criminal Police Academy, RS Ministry of Interior - Traffic Police, Traffic Engineering, Belgrade, Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, the Organization for Traffic Safety and the media, Serbian Committee for Traffic Safety and Traffic Safety Agency, organized the 5th Scientific conference 

which will be held from 20-22. May, 2010. The Relax in the hotel complex in Kovacica (www.relax-kovacica.com). 

Planned thematic areas:
- A new law on road safety - a great opportunity and challenge for the local community; 
- Selected Documents on traffic safety are important for work in the local community; 
- Trends in traffic safety in the EU and Serbia; 
- Traffic safety in the transport enterprises. Implementation of internal control measures of traffic safety on concrete examples; 
- Traffic Safety in the REGON, municipalities and cities - maps of risk; 
- Improving traffic education; 
- Improving traffic safety in areas of primary schools and other facilities great attractions. 

Important dates:

- Submission of papers, participation and submission of abstracts - to 08 04. 2010th vol. 
- Submission of final versions of papers - until 22.04.2010 year. 
- Notice of final program of the event - up to 29.04.2010. vol.

The fee for participation in the seminar is 9,800.00 dinars. (Prices do not include VAT).
